  17. <p>    No, Terry Jones, Eric Idle and Terry Gilliam aren't reacting
  18. to Gilliam's new film The Adventures of Baron Munchausen. Last
  19. week they were being bowled over by a 20th anniversary
  20. celebration for Monty Python's Flying Circus at New York City's
  21. Museum of Broadcasting. There they explained the Pythons' mania
  22. for cross-dressing on a budget that skimped on actresses. "If
  23. we'd had money," joked Gilliam, "we'd have been mediocre." That
  24. bodes ill for the Baron, which he directed and which includes
  25. a lunatic cameo by Robin Williams. The cost of the movie, due
  26. in March, ballooned from $23 million to officially "under $40
  27. million." And rumors add $10 million more.
